About TaDa Delivery

TaDa Delivery is AB InBev’s first global, direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital platform. The company delivers premium beer brands at competitive prices and its name refers to TaDa Delivery’s mission to bring ‘magic’ into casual gatherings at home like sports nights, family dinners, and special moments with friends [1].

Created in 2022, the company quickly gained traction, expanding to 12 new countries. Today, TaDa delivers the products of local retail partners and its proprietary stores across key markets like Mexico, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa.

The Challenge

TaDa Delivery was looking to maximize their reach and drive incremental orders across 6 key LATAM markets: Mexico, Paraguay, Republica Dominicana, Panama, Ecuador, and Peru.

Understanding that each market has its own challenges and opportunities, TaDa Delivery worked with its agency, EPA Digital, to partner with Jampp for User Acquisition and App Retargeting

TaDa Delivery focused on attracting new quality users and encouraging them to place their first orders. Working with Jampp and their agency, EPA Digital, TaDa Delivery grew their user base by  105% while driving 144% more purchases with custom creatives and an efficient budget allocation strategy around limited-time discounts. 

  • Relying on a robust creative strategy, TaDa leveraged Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) to automatically showcase their wide offering without the need to manually create each ad. 
  • Jampp implemented a budget allocation strategy to further boost campaign pacing across top-performing days and times.

Jampp's growth platform allowed TaDa to seamlessly run monthly limited-time promos, collecting new learnings to optimize campaign performance.
