We’re looking for someone who is well versed in building for jQuery Mobile, Android and/or iOS, but also has a strong understanding of good UX, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in backend code.

Information and Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of software development experience.
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly.
  • The ability to collaborate with the design and back-end engineers to ensure a great experience for our users.
  • You can work with minimal specs. You love to iterate. You know how to make something "just work" quickly, and you know when to refactor to optimize and abstract away redundancies in your code. You can build anything. Given the time.
  • Be able to write elegant, readable, and well-documented code.
  • PHP, Python, C++, and NoSQL are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Android/OS-specific APIs and demonstrated experience launching production-ready code is a (big) plus.

Responsabilities

  • Your primary goal will be to respond to new leads, and follow through to close
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline over time, and build successful customer relationships
  • Help advertisers worldwide execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew / up-sell to drive revenue growth
  • Create and nurture strong partnerships with digital media agencies and digital advertisers
  • Build and/or direct the creation of awe-inspiring marketing materials that effectively communicate the platform´s benefits

Experience / Skills

  • 1+ years hands-on experience in selling online advertising. Experience identifying and closing digital brand marketers, media and creative agency decision makers.
  • Customer-focused leadership with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus.
  • Basic HTML knowledge and SQL/Database skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in written and conversational English is required, Portuguese is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
